NLG Insurance Proposes 5.79 Percent Dividend

NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
NLG Insurance has proposed a 5.78947 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5.50 percent bonus share and 0.28947 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, NLG has a paid-up capital of Rs 145.92 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 8.02 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 42.24 lakhs.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, NLG had distributed a 10.53 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
