10% NMB Bank debenture 2085 opens from today

NMB Bank is going to issue debenture 2085 worth Rs. 120 crores to the general public from today (Falgun 30, 2075). The interest rate on debenture is 10% per annum. The maturity period is of 10 years.
Interest applicants can apply a minimum of 25 units at the par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. The maximum units that can be applied are 12,00,000 units.
Out of Rs. 120 crores, 5% or Rs. 6 crores worth of debenture is reserved for Mutual Funds. The remaining Rs. 114 crores worth of debenture will be sold to public starting today.
The debenture issue will close on Chaitra 4, 2075. If the debenture is not fully subscribed till that period, then the issue will continue till 14th of Chaitra, 2075
