NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 To Provide 15 Percent Dividend

NMB Capital Limited, the fund manager of NMB Mutual fund, has proposed dividend for the unitholders of NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF1). The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of NMB Capital Limited has proposed a 15 percent cash dividend (including tax) to the unit-holders.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, NMBHF1 had provided a 21.05263 percent cash dividend to the unit-holders. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2077/78, the scheme had distributed a 20 percent cash dividend.
Similarly, in the fiscal year 2076/77, NMBHF1 had provided an 8 percent cash dividend to its unit-holders. From the fiscal year 2075/76, the scheme had distributed a 10 percent cash dividend.
Book Closure:
For the dividend distribution purpose, the fund manager has decided the book closure date on Ashwin 12, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the units of NMBHF1 until Ashwin 11 will receive the dividend.
