‘NMB Rinpatra 2084/85’: NMB Bank To Issue Rs 2 Arba Worth Of Debenture

NMB Bank Limited is in the process of issuing a debenture named ‘8%,7 years, NMB Rinpatra-2084/85‘.
The bank has submitted the application to Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) on Mangsir 23, 2077 BS. To issue the debenture to the general public, the company needs permission from the regulatory body, Sebon.
If approved by Sebon, NMB Bank will float 20,00,000 unit debenture at a par value of Rs 1000. Hence, the total debenture issue amounts to Rs 2 Arba. Out of the total issue, the bank will sell 12 lakh debenture worth Rs 1.20 Arba through private placement. Likewise, the general public can apply for the remaining 80 lakh units. Thus, the public issue size amounts to Rs 80 crores.
NMB Bank has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as the issue manager.
NMB Rinpatra will provide 8 percent interest per annum payable semiannually. The debenture will mature in 7 years in 2084/85 BS.
