NOC Appoints Umesh Prasad Thani As Executive Director

Umesh Prasad Thani has been appointed as the Executive Director of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC).
A cabinet meeting held on Thursday appointed Thani as the executive director of the corporation. The recommendation committee had suggested the names of Chandika Prasad Bhatt, Jeevan Prakash Sitaula and Umesh Prasad Thani for the selection of the executive director.
The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies had invited applications for the post of Executive Director of the NOC through open competition. Sixteen applications, including Bhatta, Sitaula and Thani, were accepted.
