Number Of Taxpayers Taking PAN Exceeds 4 Million

According to the Inland Revenue Department, the number of taxpayers taking business and personal permanent account numbers (PAN) in Nepal has exceeded 4 million so far.

According to the department, the number of business and personal permanent account numbers has reached 4,049,109 by Ashad’s end of the Fiscal Year 2077/78. There are 24,71,726 individual taxpayers and 15,77,383 business taxpayers.

In the fiscal year 2077/78, 2,45,561 business taxpayers and 5,17,383 individual taxpayers have been newly added.
