Last Day to Secure Dividend of Oriental Hotels | 26th AGM on Ashwin 25

Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL) is going to conduct its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 25, 2080 BS [October 12, 2023]. The annual meeting will take place at Nepal Administrative Training Institute, Jawlakhel, Lalitpur. The AGM will commence after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of 5.2632 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, the company has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book from Ashwin 12 to Ashwin 25, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing shares of OHL until Ashwin 10 can participate in the annual meeting and will receive the dividend.
