Public Issue Worth Rs. 29.11 Billion Approved in FY 2023/24

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has provided approval for the public issue worth Rs 29.11 billion in the last fiscal year 2023/24 [2080/81]. Altogether, SEBON has approved the issue of 24 securities. Of them, 7 companies received the approval to issue the right share. 7 companies got permission from SEBON to sell ordinary shares or IPO to the general public. Likewise, 6 new mutual fund schemes along with debentures of 4 companies also received the final approval from SEBON.

The public issue amount approved by the Securities Board include:

1. Right Share: Rs 7.64 Billion

2. Ordinary Share: Rs 10.75 Billion

3. Mutual Funds: Rs 4.7 Billion

4. Debenture: Rs 6.01 Billion
