Rastra Utthan Laghubitta Cancels Dividend From FY 2078/79

Rastra Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RULB) has cancelled the dividend to the shareholders the fiscal year 2078/79. The board meeting of the company held on Baisakh 28, 2080 BS made the decision about the dividend.
Earlier, the board meeting of microfinance held on Baisakh 13, 2080 BS had proposed a 15 percent dividend. The total dividend included a 14.25 percent bonus share and 0.75 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, RULB has a paid-up capital of Rs 26 crores.
