Rasuwagadhi IPO from Baisakh 6; how much can you apply

Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue an IPO worth Rs. 1.02 arba to the general public from Baisakh 6, 2076. The IPO issue will have a subscription price of Rs.100.

The IPO issue will be open till Baisakh 10, 2076 and it will be extended to Jestha 5, 2076 in case the IPO is not fully subscribed. It is one of the 11 projects selected by government under “Janata ko Jalavidyut”.
Out of the total 1,02,63,150 issued units 4 percent have been allotted for the employees of the company and 5 percent has been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining units will be available to the general public.
The applications can be placed for minimum 50 units to maximum 5,000 units.
Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited is a subsidiary of Chilime Hydro Power Company Limited. The under construction hydropower project located in Rasuwa has the capacity of producing 111 MW energy and it has already completed more than 50 percent work. The estimated year of project completion is 2020 A.D.
ICRA Nepal Limited has assigned below average fundamental i.e. a [ICRANP] IPO Grade 4+ (Pronounced as ICRA NP IPO Grade Four Plus) to the IPO issue of the company.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO. Likewise, NIBL ACE Capital Limited, Sunrise Capital Limited and Global IME Capital Limited are the co-issue manager appointed for the IPO issue.
