Re-auction of Gurans Life Insurance promoter shares

Gurans Life Insurance is going to re-auction its 90,571 units unsold promoter shares from today i.e. Shrawan 2, 2076. Previously, the company auctioned the unsold right shares (both ordinary and promoter) from Ashad 5-12.

Only the existing promoters of the company were eligible to apply for the promoter shares in the earlier auction. But anyone can participate in the auction of the company shares this time. If you are interested, you can place a bid starting from a minimum of Rs. 100 per share. The minimum of 1000 units has been set for placing the bid.
Laxmi Capital is the issue manager of the auction. The bid opening date of the auction is Shrawan 12, 2076.
