Reliance Finance to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) has made an announcement about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The finance has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of the previous fiscal year.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Reliance Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 112.14 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, RLFL had provided a 6.84 percent dividend, including a 6.5 percent bonus share and a 0.34 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). Similarly, from the fiscal year 2077/78, Reliance Finance had distributed a 15.79 percent dividend, including a 15 percent dividend.
Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had provided a 10.53 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share. Whereas, in the fiscal year 2075/76, Reliance finance had distributed a 6.58 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
