Reliance Finance Announces 6.84 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the profit of the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the company held on Jestha 26, 2080 BS has proposed a 6.84 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 6.5 percent bonus share and a 0.34 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Reliance Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 105.30 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 6.84 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 36.02 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the finance.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, Reliance Finance had distributed a 15.79 percent dividend, including a 15 percent dividend. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had provided a 10.53 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2075/76, Reliance finance had distributed a 6.58 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
