Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Ltd. (SRLI) is going to conduct its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 23, 2081 BS [October 9, 2024]. The meeting will take place at Anmol Banquet, Sankhamul, Kathmandu after 11 AM.

Major Agendas for AGM

Presentation and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.

Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.

Approval of 18.3811 percent dividend to the shareholders.

Increment of capital.

Book Closure Date

For the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution, SRLI has fixed the book closure date on Ashwin 11, 2081 BS. Thus, investors holding/purchasing shares of SRLI until Ashwin 10 are eligible to participate in the AGM and will receive the dividend.
