Sagarmatha Hydropower Company Limited will convene its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Shrawan 25, 2079 BS [August 10, 2022]. The meeting will take place at company’s head office, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 9:30 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 10 percent cash dividend (excluding tax) to the shareholders.
Appointment of directors.
