Salt Trading Corporation Declares 15 Percent Dividend

Salt Trading Corporation (STC) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 28, 2079 BS has proposed a 15 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 5 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
Salt Trading Corporation needs approval from the upcoming AGM for the distribution of the dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, STC had distributed a 10.526 percent dividend including a 10 percent bonus share and 0.526 percent cash dividend.
