Salt Trading Corporation Declares 10 Percent Dividend

Salt Trading Corporation (STC) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 28, 2081 BS has proposed a 10 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
Salt Trading Corporation needs approval from the upcoming AGM for the distribution of the dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, STC had distributed a 15.79 percent dividend including a 15 percent bonus share and 0.79 percent cash dividend.
