Samata Gharelu Laghubitta To Merge With Swarojgar Laghubitta | NRB Grants Letter Of Intent

Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Limited (SMATA) is going to merge with Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL). Nepal Rastra Bank has provided a Letter of Intent (LOI) for merger.

Earlier, the preliminary agreement for merger between the two microfinance companies was inked on Poush 18, 2079 BS [January 2, 2023].

As of Ashad’s end  2079 BS, Samata Gharelu Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 34.27 crores. The head office is located at Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk. Likewise, Swarojgar Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 51.40 crores with head office at Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk.
