Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Appoints Sunrise Capital As Registrar To Share (RTS)

Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has appointed Sunrise Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS) to be effective from Shrawan 11, 2080 BS. Sunrise Capital Limited will now keep records of Sanakisan Bikas Laghubitta related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
Sunrise Capital Limited, a subsidiary company of Sunrise Bank Limited, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta is a ‘D’ class microfinance company of Nepal licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta merged with RMDC Laghubitta and commencde joint transaction in the name of ‘Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited’ from Ashad 24, 2080 BS.
