Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) is going to organize its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 21, 2081 BS [April 3, 2025]. The AGM will take place at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu. The Annual meeting will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 7.8947 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Issue of 17 percent right shares.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of the dividend distribution and AGM, the book closure date is on Chaitra 8, 2081 BS. Therefore, investors purchasing/holding shares of SGIC until Chaitra 7 can participate in the annual meeting and will receive the dividend.
