Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) is going to organize its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 29, 2080 BS [April 11, 2024]. The AGM will take place at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu. The Annual meeting will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Issue of 1:0.25 right shares to the shareholders.
Appointment of independent director.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of the AGM, the book closure date is on Chaitra 15, 2080 BS. Therefore, investors purchasing/holding shares of SGIC until Chaitra 14 can participate in the annual meeting and will receive the dividend.
