Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) will convene its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 28, 2081 BS [January 12, 2025].
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 10.53 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had fixed the book closure date on Poush 9, 2081 BS. Therefore, those investors holding/purchasing the shares of SHPC until Poush 8 will receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
