Shares of Matribhumi Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE After Merger

Nepal Stock Exchange has listed the shares of Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MATRI).
As per the information, 62,83,574 unit shares of Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MATRI) have been listed after the merger. The open price range is set as Rs 1278.39 for the first transaction.
After the listing, investors can trade the shares in the market.
Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta and Kisan Laghubitta merged to form ‘Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited’.
