Nepal Stock Exchange has listed the shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited after the acquisition.
As per the information, 2,48,400 unit shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (shares acquired of Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited) has been listed in NEPSE.
Deprosc Laghubitta has successfully acquired Adarsha Laghubitta at share swap ratio of 1:1 and commenced joint operation from Ashad 1, 2080 BS.
After the listing, investors can trade the shares in the market.
