Shine Resunga Development Bank is going to conduct its 15th AGM on Mangsir 23, 2080 BS [December 9, 2023]. The development bank will organize the AGM at Dreamland Gold Resort & Hotel Private Limited, Manigram, Rupandehi. The meeting will start after 11:00 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 11.05 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger and acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the bank has announced the book closure date from Mangsir 11, 2080 BS to Mangsir 23, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of SHINE until Mangsir 10 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
