Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited (SPIL) is going to organize its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 30, 2080 BS [March 13, 2024]. The AGM will take place at Lisara Reception, Bhagwati Bahal, Kathmandu. The Annual meeting will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 11 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of the AGM, the book closure date is on Falgun 11, 2080 BS. Therefore, investors purchasing/holding shares of SPIL until Falgun 10 can participate in the annual meeting and will receive the dividend.
