Siddhartha Insurance Company Limited (SIL) is going to organize its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 30, 2078 BS [April 13, 2022]. The AGM will take place at Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. The Annual meeting will start after 10:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Endorsement of 15.7895 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of the AGM, the book closure date is on Chaitra 17, 2078 BS. Therefore, investors purchasing/holding shares until Chaitra 16 can participate in the annual meeting and will receive the dividend.
