Sikles Hydropower Proposes 6 Percent Dividend

Sikles Hydropower Limited (SIKLES) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 4, 2080 BS has proposed a 6 percent dividend (including for taxes). The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 B.S., SIKLES has a paid-up capital of Rs. 85 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company is currently operating a a 13 MW project in Madi rural municipality of Kaski district.
