Sikles Hydropower Proposes 15.789 Percent Dividend

Sikles Hydropower Limited (SIKLES) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Shrawan 25, 2082 BS has proposed a 15.789 percent dividend (including for taxes). The total dividend includes a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.789 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 B.S., SIKLES has a paid-up capital of Rs. 85 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company is currently operating a 13 MW project in Madi rural municipality of Kaski district.
