Sikles Hydropower Appoints BOK Capital Markets As Registrar To Share (RTS)

Sikles Hydropower Limited has appointed BOK Capital Market Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). BOK Capital will now keep records of Sikles Hydropower related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
BOK Capital Market Limited, a subsidiary company of Bank of Kathmandu Limited, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Sikles Hydropower Limited is currently operating a 13 MW project in Madi rural municipality of Kaski district.
