Sparsha Laghubitta IPO alloted today

Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has allotted IPO shares today (Chaitra 10, 2075). The issue manager Sanima capital has informed that 25,200 applicants are provided 10 shares each through a lottery.
The total applicants for the IPO were 2.98 lakhs.

The microfinance issued an IPO from Falgun 26 to Falgun 29. The total shares issued through IPO were 2,63,630. Out of it, 4,148 shares were reserved for the employees. Also, 5% or 13,482 shares were allotted to the mutual funds. The remaining 2,52,000 shares were issued to the general public.
The paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 8.30 crores after the adjustment of IPO shares.
