Sunrise Bank Cancels Acquisition Of Shrijana Finance

Sunrise Bank has informed about the cancellation of the acquisition agreement with Shrijana Finance.
The board meeting of the bank held on Jestha 29, 2077 has made the decision to break off the acquisition.
Sunrise Bank and Shrijana Finance had signed the MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) for acquisition on Magh 8, 2076.
