Support Laghubitta Announces 14.5 Percent Dividend

Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company has declared a 14.50 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 13.775 percent bonus share and a 0.725 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Support Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 10.76 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 1.48 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 7.80 lakhs.
After the bonus share adjustment, the capital will reach Rs. 12.24 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the microfinance.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the microfinance company had distributed a 13.6842 percent dividend, including a 13 percent bonu shares. Similarly, from the fiscal year 2078/79, Support Laghubitta had provided an 11.5789 percent dividend including an 11 percent bonus share. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2077/78, the company had distributed a 31.5789 percent dividend, including a 30 percent bonus share and a 1.5789 percent cash dividend.
