Suryodaya Laghubitta is going to conduct its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Paush 5, 2076. The 135th board meeting held on Mangsir 11 has decided to convene the AGM at Putalibazar-1, Syangja after 8 AM.

Discussion and approval of the financial statements of FY 2075/76 presented by the board of directors.
Appointment of the auditor for FY 2076/77.
Endorsement of 46.81874 percent bonus shares along with a 2.3409 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
