Swabalamban Laghubitta Proposes 13.01 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Ashwin 30, 2080 BS has proposed a 13.0104 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 12.3599 percent bonus share and a 0.6505 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, SWBBL has a paid-up capital of Rs 129.04 crores. At this capital, the company is planning to distribute the bonus share worth Rs. 15.95 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 0.83 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Swabalamban Laghubitta had distributed a 15 percent bonus share and a 6.05 percent cash dividend.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the microfinance.
After the inclusion of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 145 crores.
