Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) is going to organize its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Karthik 27, 2078 BS [November 13, 2021]. The annual meeting will take place at Nepal Pragya Prathisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu after 11:30 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM are:
Presentation, Discussion, and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 25 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Election of 3 directors representing public shareholders.
Delegation of authority to board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Swarojgar Laghubitta has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book from Karthik 12 to Karthik 27, 2078 BS. Therefore, investors holding/purchasing the shares until Karthik 11 are eligible to participate in the AGM.
