Taragaon Regency Hotels Organizing Its 25th AGM Today

Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited (TRH) is going to conduct its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 27, 2078 BS [April 10, 2022]. The board meeting of the company held on Falgun 20, 2078 BS has decided to convene the AGM at the company’s registered office, Bouddha, Kathmandu. The annual meeting will start after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM are:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Appointment of Managing Director and Executive Director.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the book closure date is from Chaitra 12 to Chaitra 27, 2078 BS. Therefore, the investors holding shares of TRH until Chaitra 11 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
