Unitech Hydropower To Survey 15 MW Middle Iwa Khola Hydropower Project

Unitech Hydropower Company Pvt. Ltd is planning to develop Middle Iwa Khola Hydropower Project in Panchthar and Taplejung district. The company has received the permission from the Department of Electricity Development to survey the project.
The Department granted the survey license to the company on Magh 11, 2079 BS. The survey license is valid until Magh 11, 2081 BS.
Middle Iwa Khola Hydropower Project is a Run of the River type project with an installed capacity of 15 MW. The project will be located in Panchthar and Dhading District.
After completing the survey within the given time period, the company can then apply for the construction permit.
