United Insurance Company Limited (UIC) is conducting its 29th Annual General Meeting on Poush 27, 2079 BS [January 11, 2022]. The meeting will take place at Anmol Banquet, Sankhamul, Kathmandu. The time for the AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 5.2632 percent dividend to the shareholders.
