Unnati Microfinance right share closing today

Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UMB) is closing its 5:1 right share to its shareholders from today (Chaitra 17, 2075). The issue was open from Falgun 13, 2075.
The company is issuing 1,10,000 right shares (20 percent of 5,50,000 units). Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for the right issue.
The right share issue will close today after the close of banking hours. Any investors left to apply can still apply through the meroshare account or ASBA form.
Based on the unaudited second-quarter report, the paid-up capital stands at Rs. 7.73 crores. Similarly, reserve & surplus is at Rs. 2.92 crores. The microfinance has loans and advances of Rs. 1.24 Arab. Annualized EPS stands at Rs. 54.67 as per the 2nd quarter.
