Upper Lohore Hydropower Limited has appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The company has appointed NIC Asia Capital to keep all records related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others with effect from Bhadra 3, 2080 BS.
NIC Asia Capital Limited, a subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
