Vijay Laghubiita signs MOU with Cweda Laghubitta for acquisition

Vijaya Laghubitta (VLBS) has informed Nepse about the acquisition with Cweda Laghubitta today i..e. Asadh 29, 2076. The company signed a memorandum of understanding with Cweda Laghubitta on Asadh 26, 2076 for the acquisition process.
As of now, the paid up capital of Vijaya Laghubitta stands at 19.48 crores. LTP of the company is Rs. 485.
