Womi Laghubitta puts off AGM until further notice

Womi Laghubitta has postponed the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was scheduled to be held on Chaitra 16, 2076. The AGM was set to take place at Jugal Hotel, Kavrepalanchowk after 11 AM.
As per the notice by the Nepal Government on Chaitra 5 regarding the restriction to organize events comprising more than 25 people, the company postponed its AGM until further notice. For the precaution against the dangers of Corona Virus (COVID-19), the Nepal Government had issued such notice.
The company will publish another notice for its upcoming AGM. Along with the AGM, the election of 6 directors from public and promoter shareholders is also put off until the further notice.
