December 12, 2020 | Investopaper

Yeti Airlines have started mountain flights from Simara from today. Yeti, which has been operating mountain flights only from Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport once a week on Saturday, has also started operating from Simara on Saturday.

The flight started from Simara Airport with the initiative of local tour operators. Spokesperson Sudarshan Bartaula informed that they will get continuity if they see the attraction of passengers. The route of the mountain flight is similar to that of flying from Kathmandu. However, Bartaula claims that the flight from Simara still has a beautiful view.

A group of 24 industrialists, tourism entrepreneurs and others have chartered a mountain flight from Simara at 9 am today and observed the Himalayan ranges.
