Vision Lumbini Urja Company to Invest in 13 MW Upper Seti-1 HEP

Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited (VLUCL) has informed about the investment in 13 MW Upper Seti-1 Hydropower Project.
The company has decided on Ashad 28, 2083 BS to purchase 15,00,000 shares in Upper Seti-1 Hydropower Project promoted by Shrestha Energy Solution Pvt. Ltd. Hence, the total equity investment amounts to Rs. 15 crores.
Shrestha Energy Solution Pvt. Limited is currently developing the 13 MW Upper Seti-1 Hydropower Project after receiving the construction license on Ashwin 9, 2082 BS.
Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited is currently operating a 25 MW Seti Nadi Hydroelectric Project.
The 13 MW project will be developed as a cascade project of the 25 MW Seti Nadi Hydroelectric Project.
