Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower To Convene 15th AGM On Bhadra 6

Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited (UPPER) is going to conduct its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 6, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the annual meeting, Upper Tamakoshi will close the shareholders’ registration book on Shrawan 26, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of UPPER until Shrawan 15 can participate in the annual meeting.
