Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Proposes 6.4 Percent Dividend

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MBBL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The development bank has proposed a 6.4 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 4.17 Arba. At this capital, the cash dividend amounts to Rs 26.69 crores.
The bank will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank had distributed a 10.47 percent dividend, including a 4 percent bonus share and a 6.47 percent cash dividend.
