First of all the investment summit 2017 was successful only for organizers as it had gathered good crowd and got the promise of investment of worth 8 billion dollars. Investors wetre really serious but could’nt bring funds due to the poor investment policy, hostile and negative attitude of the officials sitting at decision making chairs. Though government has made many favorable and positive changes in FDI policy but those policy can not change the poor and negayive mentality and attitude of executors towards Investors. The IBN should be headed by an entrepeuner not by a retired, tired beaurocrates whose vision is confined only on the points brought to his table by his so called imature and fresher graduayed consultants. A real visionery leader with successful business experience should head all the goverment subsidiary company which aims to run the business for government.
