Sun Nepal Life Insurance Announces 20.26 Percent Dividend

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Limited (SNLI) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
SNLI has proposed a 20.2632 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 15.2632 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Sun Nepal Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 5.03 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 25.16 crores, and the cash dividend amounts to Rs 76.79 crores.
After the proposed 5 percent bonus share inclusion, the paid-up capital of SNLI will reach Rs. 5.28 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.
