Swap ratio of Nepal Investment Bank and Jebils Finance

Jebils Finance has informed Nepse about the swap ratio for mergers and acquisition with Nepal Investment Bank.

The 194th board meeting of the company has decided to take 100:33 swap ratio with Nepal Investment Bank to finalize the acquisition process. This means shareholders holding 100 shares of Jebils will get 33 shares of Nepal Investment Bank post-acquisition.

The decision was also based on the recommendation by the meeting of the joint merger committee of two banks held on Jestha 12, 2076. Two companies signed an agreement to go on an acquisition process on Falgun 26,2075.
