Samudayik Laghubitta to Merge With Sanjiveeni Laghubitta

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Limited (SLBSL) is going to merge with Sanjiveeni Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. For this purpose, the preliminary agreement for merger between the two microfinance companies has been inked on Shrawan 18, 2083 BS.
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, Samudayik Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 17.08 crores. It is listed on Nepal Stock Exchange.
