Sarvottam Paints Industries Proposes 10.526 Percent Dividend

Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited (SAPIL) has declared the dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 28, 2083 BS has proposed a 10.526 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and and a 0.526 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 34 crores. At this capital, the total dividend amounts to Rs 3.57 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
