Arun Valley Hydropower Declares 8.421 Percent Dividend

Arun Valley Hydropower Company Limited (AHPC) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 1, 2082 BS has proposed an 8.421 percent dividend. The total dividend includes an 8 percent bonus share and a 0.421 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 B.S., AHPC has a paid-up capital of Rs. 3.84 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the company had distributed a 3.157 percent dividend, including a 3 percent bonus share.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
