Nepal Lube Oil Proposes 21.05 Percent Dividend

Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.

The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 1, 2082 (17^th September 2025) has proposed a 21.05264 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 20 percent bonus share and a 1.05264 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).

From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Nepal Lube Oil had distributed a 25 percent dividend, including a 20 percent bonus share to the shareholders.

The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
