Nepal Lube Oil Proposes 25 Percent Dividend

Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 26, 2081 (11th September 2024) has proposed a 25 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 20 percent bonus share and a 5 percent cash dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Nepal Lube Oil had distributed a 30 percent dividend, including a 25 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
