Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta to Provide 12 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2081/82.
NUBL has proposed a 12 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 7 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.61 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 13.06 crores, and the cash dividend amounts to Rs 18.28 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81 and 2079/80 as well, Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
